Lego Employees Gift
The year is almost over and Lego are giving out their employees Lego gift which this year is 4002016 50 Years On Track with 1141 pieces.
This set is focusses on the development of trains using Lego starting from 1966, the 113 Motorised Train Set, to 1976 with the 726 Western Train, then 1987 with 6990 Monorail Transport System. The 4558 Metroliner from 1991, the 10194 Emerald Night fast forwards to 2009 and the last set to be included is the 2016 10254 Winter Holiday Train. These six sets are iconic to the history of building trains with Lego.
Many of the sets you can buy from ebay if you're willing to pay $300. The Lego employees gift is a one a year exclusive set given out to the workers at Lego.
