Next year [2017] Lego will be celebrating it's 40th anniversary with Technic. To commemorate the event, Lego are producing an exclusive 1x3 Technic Liftarm with a unique print in Technic sets produced.
This was first hinted when 2017 Technic sets started emerging online with the side of the box showing a unique imprint.
